Risk Advisory
A risk assessment is a structured review of everything that could cause you a serious financial loss. We measure it, score it, and tell you what to fix first.
Who this is for
- Families who want their whole financial protection reviewed in one place
- Business owners who need to know what could stop the company
- Condo and HOA boards responsible for shared property and money
- Commercial property owners and investors with a portfolio to protect
Four assessments, built for who you are
- Family Risk Assessment for families and individuals
- Business Risk Assessment for business owners
- Community Association Risk Assessment for condo and HOA boards
- CRE Portfolio Risk Review for commercial property owners and investors
What you get
- A risk score you can understand. Every assessment produces an RMOS Risk Index™ from 0 to 1000, so you can see where you stand and track progress.
- Prioritized findings. A ranked list of what is exposed, why it matters, and what to do about it.
- A written action plan. Specific next steps and who should take them, so nothing stays a good intention.
- A walk-through of results. We review everything with you live and answer your questions.
How it works
- Discovery call. A short conversation to understand your situation and confirm which assessment fits.
- Engagement letter. You receive a written scope and fee. Work starts only after you sign.
- Intake and review. You complete the guided intake. We review documents and ask follow-up questions.
- Scoring and report. We score each risk area, weight it for your type of client, and write the report.
- Action review. We walk you through the results and agree on next steps.
In plain English
Think of the RMOS Risk Index™ like a credit score for your exposure to loss. A higher or lower number is not good or bad by itself. What matters is which areas drive it and what you do about them. See how it works.
Common questions
Is risk advisory the same as insurance?
No. Insurance is one way to handle a risk. Risk advisory looks at all of your risks first, then helps you decide which ones to insure, reduce, or accept.
What is the RMOS Risk Index™?
It is IAG’s scoring system. It rates 14 categories of exposure and combines them into one score from 0 to 1000.
What does an assessment cost?
Fees are set per engagement after a short discovery call and written into your engagement letter before work begins.
Will my information stay private?
Yes. Every engagement is covered by IAG’s written privacy and data handling policy.
